My Beach House is three blocks from the ocean in Twin Rocks on the south end of Rockaway Beach. This house shares a wall with our own house on the garage side and is a very comfortable two bedroom, two bath which is set up to sleep six.
Twin Rocks is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Rockaway Beach, one mile from the center of town.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, LCD flatscreen TV with satellite, VCR/DVD player, gas grill on the deck off the kitchen, and electric fireplace.
You’ll love the large two-person soaking tub in the main bath. The second bathroom has a shower.
Rates and Policies:
- $75 per night – 2 night minimum.
- No refunds if canceled less than 30 days in advance.
- $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You clean, your deposit is returned.
- No smoking.
- No pets
- No RVs
- Check in time 3:00 p.m.
- Check out time is Noon.

- Please add your mailing address in the comment area if you want us to send a rental agreement by mail. Otherwise, we’ll send it as an e-mail attachment.

- Reservations are confirmed when we receive your rental agreement and damage deposit. We must receive your cleaning/damage deposit and rental agreement within 2 weeks of booking to ensure your reservation.
- Full rental amount due at least 30 days before arrival date.
