My Beach House is three blocks from the ocean in Twin Rocks on the south end of Rockaway Beach. This house shares a wall with our own house on the garage side and is a very comfortable two bedroom, two bath. It has been a vacation rental for the past two years.
Twin Rocks is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Rockaway Beach, one mile from the center of town.
There is no yard to speak of, but a small deck off the kitchen and a larger deck off the master bedroom give some room to be outside.

Rates and Policies:
- $750 per month
- $750 security deposit.
- $100 cleaning fee.
- No smoking.
- No pets
- No RVs or boats

- Water, sewer and garbage are paid by landlord
- Master bedroom easily fits a queen bed
- 2nd bedroom fits a twin, bunk or full size bed (or makes good office space)
- Main bathroom has large garden (soaking) tub
- Second bathroom has shower
- Laundry/mud room with washer/dryer hook ups
- Electric fireplace heats main living area
- Electric wall heat in other rooms
